3. Appointment & Payment

  • Booking: All appointments for Services must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or at our physical location.

  • Payment: Payment for Services is required at the time of booking or completion of your treatment. We accept credit cards, Zelle payments etc.].

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Specific cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined on our website or upon booking.

4. Health & Safety Guidelines

  • You must inform us immediately of any discomfort, adverse effects, or changes in your health during or after your IV therapy session.

  • If you experience any severe reactions, including but not limited to dizziness, swelling, shortness of breath, or chest pain, you agree to contact emergency medical services immediately and inform us.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Joyous Path to Wellness and its staff are not responsible for any injuries, adverse effects, or complications that arise from your use of our Services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, infections, or any underlying conditions that may have been aggravated by the treatment.

  • By using our Services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joyous Path to Wellness, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our Services.
